Tina is a founding member of Empower Partners, bringing nearly 13 years of executive search experience across key APAC markets, including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and other Southeast Asian countries. Prior to joining Empower, she worked with two leading international recruitment firms, specializing in corporate functions such as Finance, Audit, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
She has a proven track record in executive and senior searches for financial institutional clients in the Banking, Fintech, Asset Management, Family Office, and Insurance sectors, as well as commercial clients in IT / Technology, Energy & Commodities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Retail/FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare industries.
A former auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tina is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance & Investment from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Tina’s extensive professional experience spans multiple international hubs, including China, the UK, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore. This broad exposure has equipped her with deep insights into the intricacies of diverse recruitment markets across these regions.
