Micah brings over 15 years of recruitment and executive search experience across Singapore’s financial services and technology sectors. He specialises in Technology and Wealth Management roles, partnering with leading banks, financial institutions, and tech-driven companies to identify and place senior leaders and niche specialists.

Prior to joining Empower Partners Consulting, Micah was with UOB as part of the Strategic Hiring team for Technology & Operations, supporting the bank’s major digital transformation by hiring critical tech talent across the region. He also brings entrepreneurial experience, having founded a boutique executive search firm focused on clients in the real estate sector across Asia Pacific.

Micah holds a Master of Science in Applied Finance from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the National University of Singapore. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin, enabling him to build strong, effective relationships across diverse client and candidate networks.

Now at Empower Partners, Micah integrates his dual passions: recruitment and real estate to help individuals make informed, strategic decisions in two of the most important areas of life: careers and property.
