Jun is an executive search consultant at Empower Partners, specialising in front office banking, real estate, and investment recruitment across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. His work focuses on senior roles within project finance, structured finance, asset-based financing, corporate banking, real estate investments, and private equity platforms spanning real estate, infrastructure, and alternative assets.

Before entering executive search, Jun trained in architecture, earning his RIBA Part 2 qualification from the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London (UCL). He spent 4 years working in the sustainability and built environment space, an experience that continues to inform his work with real estate and alternative investment clients operating across the full asset lifecycle.
