Sarah is an Executive Search Consultant at Empower Partners, specialising in financial services recruitment across Singapore and Asia.
She advises clients on mid-to-senior and leadership hiring across finance, risk, compliance, governance, operations, and investment functions. Her client portfolio spans banks, private markets, hedge funds, securities brokerages, fintech companies, and family offices.
Prior to joining Empower Partners, Sarah built her executive search experience with leading recruitment firms, delivering mandates across financial services, private markets, real estate, technology, and commerce. Her experience includes searches for finance, compliance, audit, governance, and investment professionals across a broad range of organisations.
Before moving into executive search, Sarah qualified as a Chartered Accountant and worked as an auditor at KPMG, where she developed a strong foundation in financial reporting, internal controls, governance, and stakeholder management. She brings this commercial and technical understanding to every search, enabling her to engage candidates and clients with credibility while identifying talent aligned to each organisation’s long-term objectives.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with a specialisation in Business Law from Nanyang Technological University.
