A former auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, she holds a CPA and a Bachelor of Accountancy from NTU. Emily is also working on her Professional Coaching Certification to further support her senior clients.

Meet Jun, an executive search consultant at Empower Partners specialising in front office banking, real estate, and investment recruitment across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 2) from Bartlett, University College London (UCL) and transitioned from architectural consultancy into executive search in 2018.
With over 7 years of experience in financial services recruitment, Jun focuses on senior front office and investment roles, taking a research-driven, purpose-led approach to delivering long-term hiring outcomes for his clients.

Micah brings over 15 years of recruitment and executive search experience across Singapore’s financial services and technology sectors. He specialises in Technology and Wealth Management roles, partnering with leading banks, financial institutions, and tech-driven companies to identify and place senior leaders and niche specialists.
Prior to joining Empower Partners Consulting, Micah was with UOB as part of the Strategic Hiring team for Technology & Operations, supporting the bank’s major digital transformation by hiring critical tech talent across the region.

Oliver is a recruitment specialist with 9 years of experience in Technology and Project Management hiring, serving clients across Financial Services, Fintech, and Consulting sectors in Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia region. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with major recruitment agencies, focusing on Technology and Change mandates.
He has a strong track record delivering both permanent and contract placements, with expertise spanning across compliance and global markets technology, data and digital payments.

Meet Tina, bringing nearly 13 years of executive search expertise across China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Southeast Asia. Before joining Empower Partners, she honed her skills at two leading international recruitment firms, specializing in Finance, Audit, Risk, Legal, and Compliance roles.
Tina started her career as an auditor at PWC. She holds an MA in Finance & Investment from the University of Nottingham, a BSc in Accounting, and is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
