About Our Client:

Our client is an established real estate asset manager that is looking to appoint a hands-on Finance Manager to support financial reporting, management accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial close
• Oversee financial and management reporting across investment entities
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
• Review asset-level financial performance and provide variance analysis
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and other external service providers
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and statutory requirements
• Work closely with asset management and investment teams on finance-related matters
• Support process improvements and ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
• Prior external audit experience is preferred
• Exposure to real estate, real estate funds or property investment accounting would be advantageous
• Strong financial reporting and accounting knowledge
• Exposure to sustainability reporting would be a plus
• Professional accounting qualification would be advantageous
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable working in lean teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
