About Our Client:

Our client is a global infrastructure investment firm with a dedicated focus on digital infrastructure, including large-scale data centre platforms across Asia-Pacific and other developed markets. The firm partners closely with operators to scale platforms and drive long-term value.

This role plays a key part in sourcing, executing, and managing data centre investments across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Evaluation & Execution: Lead evaluation and execution of data centre investment opportunities
• Investment Thesis & Modelling: Develop investment theses, financial models, and valuation frameworks
• Due Diligence Management: Manage end-to-end due diligence processes and external advisors
• Operating Partner Collaboration: Work closely with operating partners on growth and optimisation initiatives
• Portfolio & Exit Strategy: Support portfolio strategy, value creation, and exit planning

Requirements:

• Experience: 8–15+ years of experience in infrastructure or data centre investments
• Expertise: Strong understanding of data centre economics, leasing, and operating models
• Transaction Execution: Proven transaction execution experience
• Operating Style: Commercial, hands-on, and comfortable operating at senior levels.
