Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Investment Support: Support end-to-end real estate investment activities, from origination to execution
• Financial Modelling & Valuation: Build detailed financial models, investment cases, and valuation analyses
• Due Diligence Coordination: Coordinate and manage commercial, financial, and legal due diligence
• Transaction Support: Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, and closing processes
• Post-Acquisition Support: Support asset management teams post-acquisition, including business plan execution
• Portfolio Monitoring & Exits: Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to exit strategies

Requirements:

• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in real estate private equity, investments, or advisory
• Technical Skills: Strong financial modelling and transaction execution skills
• Cross-Border Exposure: Exposure to cross-border investments preferred
• Working Style: Commercially driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
