About Our Client:

Our client is an established Singapore-based Single Family Office managing a diversified investment portfolio across public and private markets. The firm is looking to appoint a hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of fund accounting, financial reporting and day-to-day finance matters. Working within a lean team, the role offers broad exposure across the Family Office’s investment activities and entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hands-on fund accounting across the investment portfolio
• Prepare and review NAVs, investment reconciliations and portfolio-related accounting entries
• Manage monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reporting
• Prepare full sets of accounts and consolidated financial statements
• Monitor capital calls, distributions, investment transactions and cash movements
• Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, banks and other service providers
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors on audits, tax and statutory matters
• Support management reporting and ad-hoc investment-related analysis
• Improve finance processes, controls and reporting workflows

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
• Strong hands-on fund accounting experience is essential
• Professional accounting qualification and prior external audit experience is essential
• Experience within a Family Office, asset manager, investment firm or fund administrator would be advantageous
• Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently within a lean environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional accounting qualification would be advantageous
