This role sits at the centre of the group’s strategic planning function, acting as a key business partner to senior management. The successful candidate will help shape financial strategy, improve visibility across the portfolio, and support capital allocation decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning: Lead group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Performance Analysis: Deliver insightful performance analysis across business units and assets.
• Financial Modelling: Build and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives and investments.
• Management Reporting: Develop management dashboards and reporting frameworks for senior leadership.
• Capital Planning: Support capital planning, scenario analysis, and stress testing exercises.
• FP&A Enhancement: Continuously enhance FP&A processes, tools, and governance.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8–12+ years of FP&A experience, preferably within real estate or asset-heavy businesses.
• Analytical Capability: Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Portfolio Exposure: Experience working with multi-entity, multi-asset portfolios.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Confident communicator able to engage and challenge senior stakeholders.
