This is a high-impact group finance role, offering visibility across the full portfolio and close interaction with senior leadership. The position plays a key role in ensuring robust financial controls while supporting the group’s strategic growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Group Reporting: Oversee group-level financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory accounts.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Audit & Tax Management: Manage audit processes, tax matters, and engagement with external advisors.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units.
- Management Partnership: Partner senior management with accurate and timely financial insights for decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and controls.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA or CA strongly preferred.
- Experience: 10–15 years of relevant experience, ideally within real estate or investment groups.
- Expertise: Strong group consolidation and reporting exposure.
- Work Style: Hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented, with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
